ABC Transport Plc commenced operation in road passenger transportation on February 13, 1993 as an off-shoot of Rapido Ventures with a view to running a modern road transportation system in Nigeria.In March 2003, Capital Alliance Private Equity (CAPE) acquired 30% shares of ABC Transport. With the acquisition, Capital Alliance (Nigeria) became stakeholders in ABC TRANSPORT, a partnership that re-positioned the company for greater performance.For the companys remarkable achievement in transportation, ABC Transport was adjudged the Best Transporter in Nigeria by the Chartered Institute of Transport, Nigeria and has since then consistently won the National Bus Operator of the Year Award along with other accolades by renowned bodies.The operations within and outside Nigeria are carried out in ultra modern terminals, with comfortable lounges in various cities like Lagos (Jibowu & Amuwo-Odofin), Aba, Owerri, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Enugu, Onitsha, Umuahia, Jos, Mbaise, Bolade, and Accra (Ghana).ABC buses are dubbed with the companys trademark the Reindeer. The choice of the Reindeer as the companys symbol was made after a careful study of the peculiarities of the animal which is strong, fast and moves in herds.ABC Transport operates luxury bus services according to accepted international standards of road transportation. I made a payment, I got debited and no ticket details have been sent to me. I went to the terminal for explanations or a refund but got neither. I'm really furious right now. How incompetent can a service be, and to add to the injury the people I met at the terminal were rude and unhelpful.

I just made payment now and I'm furious beyond comprehension... no Ticket details was sent, money was deducted from my account. And I keep trying to view bookings and that feature seems numb... what is going on with ABC... how can one book a trip and not get alerted of booking details and ticket number, you people want me to be mad, my trip is for tomorrow... lemme get to da terminal first and I hear story. In this 21st century when the world is improving technically.. Stupid App.
I sent my stuffs since 4th of January today is 9th and this is my second time at the katampe office and I'm been told my stuffs has not arrived yet and no proper response I need my stuffs to resume work and I just left to sit here. This is my worst experience and I thought this company is reliable and efficient . I won't advise my enemy

I had very bad experience with ABC company, ABC company is dead, their management is useless and unprofessional, their luxury buses are very old, they don't maintain their buses, I left Lagos to Onitsha via night bus, their bus dumped us inside forest at ore Benin road around midnight, they don't care about their customers safety, they don't care if kidnappers or bandits attack us, I strongly advise you never to travel with ABC company, they're selfish, liars, unprofessionals and criminals
